At Farleigh Hospice, we understand spiritual and pastoral care to mean giving time and support to explore whatever brings meaning to life. This includes thoughts, feelings, experiences, questions, beliefs.
The Chaplaincy team works as part of the wider hospice team.

Each week there is a short service held in the Sanctuary at midday, to which all are welcome. Details of services are available around the hospice sites and on Services in the Sanctuary. Loved ones can be remembered at anniversaries and special times.
The Sanctuary is open day and night as a place of peace, reflection and prayer. There is a book to record your thoughts and prayer requests. Resources and Holy Books of the major world faiths are available. Candles can be lit to focus thoughts or prayers. Patients’ beds & wheelchairs are easily accommodated in the Sanctuary.
If you wish to see a chaplain, or for more information, please ask a member of staff or ring 01245 457300.
