Home Care

As the majority of people prefer to be cared for in the comfort and dignity of their own homes, Farleigh Hospice provides a range of services in the home environment.

Hospice at Home - The Hospice at Home (H@H) service, works in collaboration with your District Nurses and GPs to provide a flexible, nursing care service that supports your choices about place of care at the end of your life. Specialist Nursing - We have a team of specialist palliative care nurses who provide  support and advice to patients, their relatives, carers and health care professionals.

Physiotherapists - Helping patients remain as independent as possible.

Occupational Therapists - Provide specialist equipment to allow patients to stay at home and continue to do the things they enjoy.

Social Workers - Support patients, carers and relatives  through what can be a very difficult time.  This support extends to children.

Doctors - Our doctors are experienced in palliative medicine and can visit people at home to help with more complex symptoms. 

Chaplain - We have a team of chaplains who can help with spiritual issues.
