How to be referred

You can be referred to Farleigh Hospice in a number of ways.  You can be referred by your GP, Consultant, District Nurse or other healthcare professional.  You can also self-refer or be referred by a member of your family if you think you could benefit from the services that Farleigh Hospice provides.
