For Patients

Farleigh Hospice aims to enable people affected by cancer or other life limiting illnesses to live as full a life as possible. Our work is about supporting patients and their families in every way and we offer a wide range of services which are all provided entirely free of charge.

If you have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness it can be difficult to take in and decide how to move on with your life.  Farleigh Hospice is here to help with everything from advice on financial benefits available to emotional and physical care.

Patients can call on our services at any stage of their illness.  The majority of our care is provided in patients' homes and designed to enable people to remain independent.  Patients and relatives are able to dip in and out of our services. As our patients say 'help is always just a phone call away'.  Care and support is available for the whole family and a large amount of back up care is on offer from the three hospice centres.

To find out more about how Farleigh Hospice can help you, please browse this section of the site for more information, or get in touch.  You can even self refer and request an assessment of your needs by clicking here.

' Farleigh Hospice has given me my life back.  When you get diagnosed it is a big shock and you can’t take it in but it is with the help of Farleigh Hospice that I have moved on with my life' - Trevor.
